Develop and extend automated unit/integration test frameworks for use by the development teams. Pair with developers to write specific unit and integration tests for the sake of skill building. Identify technical debt and opportunities for refactoring. Demonstrate ways to evolve legacy code with weak separation of concerns into a more modular and testable form. Be able to perform code reviews and make recommendations for code improvements.
