*Position : .Net Developer with QNXT Exp. Duration: 12+ Months Remote Job !!!!* ***Must have strong .Net development and QNXT (Trizetto product) experience*** *Summary of expectations: * · Ability to work as a consulting team member on client or internal assignments including but not limited to product implementation, enhancement, Systems Integration projects. · Ability to utilize Professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. · Ability to work with the client to gather business requirements and suggest effective solutions for their business issues. · Ability to write Functional and Technical Design documents. · Ability to define and develop custom solutions within the scope of a software product during an implementation. · Ability to interact effectively with clients and coworkers. · Ability to work in a virtual team environment. *Job Responsibilities* · Gather business requirements from clients, troubleshoot complex business issues, suggest effective solution for fixing issues and guide the development team for resolution of open issues. · Perform analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation of quality custom solutions within the software development life cycle in Healthcare domain. · Analyze moderate to complex customers’ business/technical requirements and software/product objectives. Design and develop moderate to complex applications to meet the customers’ needs. · Estimate work efforts, delivery time frames, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully complete software development activities. · Develop project plans incorporating all project variables. Conduct periodic status checks with the clients and project team to assess progress against plan and communicate progress to supervisors as necessary. · Work to resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner and escalate as appropriate. Suggest improvements in service delivery processes and techniques. · Prepare weekly status reports on project activities. *Skills Required* · Experience in QNXT product (Mandatory). · Programming experience in Microsoft Visual Studio, .NET framework, C#.NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET. · Complete understanding of Software Development Lifecycle including Waterfall and Agile development methodologies. · Healthcare domain knowledge including experience in HIPAA transaction processing and Claims processing. Work experience in Healthcare IT industry. Consulting and Client facing experience. · Requirement collection skills including writing functional design documents, technical design documents, and test plan documents. · Knowledge of object oriented design and development. SQL programming experience in Microsoft SQL Server platform including knowledge of SSIS and SSRS.
