-client is seeking a Technical Analyst for our Electronic Health Records system who has experience implementing and/or supporting clinical information systems.
-This position provides installation and operational support for clinical applications being utilized and implemented at our locations.
-The candidate needs to have the ability to work in a team environment and will be directed by the on-site delivery manager.
-Resource will be installing/building and/or supporting the Soarian Clinical application.
-During installation/building, resource will be responsible for the completion of customer IT analyst tasks (analysis, adaptation, testing, etc.) per project work plan.
-Post-live support tasks will include but are not limited to: SIEV inbound interface error resolution, application break/fix resolution, application requests for enhancement, checkout and testing of software updates.
-Review changes and upcoming developments in software applications.
-Communicate software problems and issues to software development and support teams.
-Create documentation for supported systems and enhancements.
-Designs, tests and modifies complex systems, modules and/or approaches and required enhancements.
-Performs complex coding, reviewing, preparing test data, testing and debugging and implementing of system building.
-Performs Project Management for system enhancements and implementations.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
-3-5 years of Clinical system support experience
-Bachelors degree required, preferred concentration in computer science, information systems, or direct working experience equivalent, in addition to 3-5 years minimum related work experience in hospital setting.
-Prior Soarian Clinical application experience
-Building assessments within Soarian Clinicals environment
-Ability to work with nursing, physician and other clinical personnel
-Clinical experience & knowledge of healthcare processes
-Knowledge of hospital clinical ordering processes
-Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
-Communication required with executive level hospital staff
-Will be required to work with pharmacy, lab, radiology and other ancillary departments
-High comfort level with Microsoft Office and PCs in general
-Good analytical and problem solving skills
-Strong customer service orientation
-Experience working in a team-orientated, collaborative environment

Required Skills
-Clinical system support  Required 3 Years   
-Bachelors degree required, preferred concentration in computer science, information systems, or direct working experience equivalent Required 4 Years   
-Related work experience in hospital setting Required 3 Years   
-Prior Soarian Clinical application, building assessments within Soarian Clinicals environment  Required 1 Years

-Knowledge of HL7 and interfaces Highly desired 1 Years   
-Knowledge of other Siemens clinicals applications  Highly desired 1 Years

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
-Understanding of ARRA/MU
-Knowledge of HL7 and interfaces
-Knowledge of other Siemens clinicals applications is a plus
