| Duties & Responsibilites : | • Coordinate with account management for UAT testing and get signoffs • Prepare deployment, outage documents, notify system outages and submit RFC for code deployment in production region • Coordinate with the WebSphere team for production deployments • Coordinate efforts across interfacing systems to ensure inter-operability and resolve system issues • Be involved in the change management process • Facilitate SSL certificate updates with infrastructure team and account management team for end user testing • Coordinate with account management and business analyst to triage any emergency production issues • Monitor production email alerts and notify external teams to ensure system stability • Assist with development work being done by offshore resources; perform code checking and versioning • Perform regression testing and smoke testing during production deployments • Analyze production tickets with High, Medium or Low priority and provide resolution • Triage production issues and drive problem resolution • Monitor application defects to ensure system integrity • Coordinate effort across interfacing system to resolve system issues Skills and Experience Required: Mandatory Skills • 4-6 years of experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server and Struts 2 Framework • 4-6 years of experience with web technologies: JSP, HTML, and _javascript_ • 2 years of experience with Web services: WSDL, SOAP, XSD, XML, Axis Framework Desired Skills: • 2-4 years of experience with Oracle – SQL, Store Procedures • Experience with SSO and Java Security • Experience in Healthcare/PBM industry |
