Work with HANA data modelers to define data model requirements to support report requirements. Utilize HANA Data models to design, document, develop, test and implement BOBJ reports to meet the business requirements. Create technical documentation for new report objects. Ability to develop dashboard or reports using the most appropriate BOBJ 4.1 tools including Design Studio, WEBI, Crystal Enterprise, Analysis for Office and Lumira. Investigate and propose BOBJ technology solutions to meet business information reporting needs. Actively participate in support pack installations and upgrades of BOBJ tools. Partner with Reporting Power Users to understand their reporting requirements and provide assistance when necessary. *Skills:* Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Good interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of SQL. Good planning and organization skills. Ability to work and share knowledge in a team environment with remote team members. Ability to work with minimal management input.
