-Person that can do these tasks.
-So people who have general UNIX, WebSphere and system related support skills.
-Best is that we can have at least 5 years of IT experience
-Build/Deployment of app code to non-prod env using ITG tool
-Build Application using AntHill pro (plus, but not necessary)
-Deployment Planning
-Env Readiness - Infrastructure, Application System
-Deployment Dry Run Plan
-Deployment Dry Run Execution
-Deployment Back Out Plan
-Change Approval
-Post Deployment Monitoring Validation
-Infrastructure Management
-Monitoring Setup and Troubleshooting/Fixing
-Security Scan (WebScan, Pen test)
-Working with ETS for new infrastructure (IRD)
-Setup TWS job
-Performance Monitoring Testing
-This person needs to have 2-5 years experience in a Unix environment (need to understand how to navigate (command lines nad syntax). -2 years experience with IBM Websphere or a similar technology: JBoss, Tomcat or Apache.
-On a daily basis this person will be the middlebetween applications and infrastructure coordinating with SMEs to ensure smooth code deploymentsfrom application to application.
-Needsto understand the technical aspects from a high level to create deployment plans, contingency plans, and which direction to go if they hit a snag.
