Looking for SAP CRM Consultant:
-Seeking a functional / technical SAP CRM Consultant with exceptional business process skills.
-The candidate will define requirements and be heavily involved with testing, troubleshooting and monitoring data feeds.
-Candidate will be supporting large, global transformation projects supporting IT and process solution changes. The successful candidate will have business process expertise with extensive SAP skills and industry experience.
-The candidate with have experience mapping business requirements.
-Excellent communication skills, strong leadership skills, good organizational skills, and strong project management skills are also expected.
-As a member of the WW Business Technology Team, the successful candidate will work closely with the Region teams for:
- Supporting the daily business execution/operations.
- Assist in aligning regional business on projects, deployments, issues… etc.
- Execute Regression Test, Production, and Post Production support for deployments with the business
- Support projects affecting the regions both from a technical release stand point and an ongoing maintenance perspective.
-Responsible for transformation requirements from multiple Geographic business units; developing, planning, implementing and technical direction for an assigned segment of the specialty area within a major application development project.
-A major portion of overall time will be spent as part of the ongoing maintenance/improvement of the business process and deployed solutions supporting daily operations within the regions.
Requirements:
- Experience in developing complex applications and programs with at least 3 years in SAP CRM
-Should be able to code on the notepad if required
-Must have experience in working on SAP CRM and SAP ECC development projects as well as supporting production systems
-Should be able to develop innovative technical solutions in SAP CRM and SAP ECC
-Deep understanding of transaction and master data architecture in SAP CRM and SAP ECC
-Understanding of SAP CRM Middleware MUST HAVE
- 3 years SAP CRP
- 3 years software testing
- 1 year SAP ECC
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
