Lead Security/Identity Integration Engineer
Knowledge, Skills,Experience, Training, Education:
? A minimum of 3-5 years demonstrated experience with system integration and troubleshooting in an Identity and Access Management (IDM) environment including one or more of the following areas: Access Management, Single Sign On, Federation, Enterprise Directory Architecture and Design, Provisioning, Role Base Access Control, Entitlement Management, Identity Governance and Administration
? Success in collaborating with customers, partners, and co-workers across cultural boundaries
? Demonstrated track record of success in delivering in a security environment
? Proven experience in navigating complex organizations with creative problem solving
? At ease in establishing senior-level working relationships and communications
? Strong project leadership and support skills
? Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
? Experience implementing and/or supporting an Identity Access Management system, and experience working in a distributed support model.
? Extensive knowledge and skills in integrating business applications with an IAM application in a large, complex organization
? Willingness to work in a highly collaborative environment with vendors, users, and peers
? Excellent communications skills for gathering detailed, comprehensive requirements from customers and business users with varying levels of technical skills
Technical Skills/Expertise:
? Minimum of 7 years of experience with Java/J2EE development with excellent object-oriented analysis, design, and programming skills.
? Minimum of 2 years of experience with integrating WebServices and legacy systems with Identity and Access Management systems
? Strong knowledge of Web Services (SOAP and REST), WS-* standards, XML, JSON
? Strong experience with Java based EE application servers (WebSphere, Tomcat, JBOSS)
? Strong experience with Linux and scripting languages
? Strong Knowledge of open standards (SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth).
? Strong Knowledge of SSO, Federation.
? Strong Knowledge of relational database design, SQL, and LDAP
? Strong Knowledge of Active Directory and/or LDAP
? Recent experience in restructuring LDAP in a production environment a plus
? Experience with Agile SDLC a plus
? Experience with CA and Dell IAM Suites a plus
? Experience with IBM Datapower a plus
? Experience with Radiant Logic VDS a plus
Required Skills:
