-The Business Analyst is responsible for the set of tasks and techniques used to work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of an organization, and to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
BA3
Years of Relevant Experience: 7 plus years
Preferred Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent and IIBA-certified Business Analyst.
Role Description: All roles specified in BA1 plus additional work experience, job knowledge, and IIBA certification.
Required Skills:
-Masters Certificate - Project Management
-MBA Preferred
-Agile Project Management methodology (Highly desired 5Years)
-Business Analysis and RFP Writing (Required-5Years)
-Ability to document and analyze complex business processes and propose redesigns or areas for improvement (Required-5Years)
-Test Scripts, testing and UAT (Required-5Years)
-Software Development Life Cycle (Required-5Years)
-Software Development Life Cycle Report Writing using SQL Scripts
-GUI Design experience
-Familiarity with ASP.Net, SQL Server, _javascript_
-Knowledge of NJ State and DHS policy
-Prior DHS experience
-Experience with task management documentation systems (i.e. JIRA, Basecamp, Redmine)
-Strong Analytical Skills and Understanding
-Strong Skills in Microsoft Productivity Software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio)
