Long standing client seeks Senior Project Coordinator/ PMO Analyst for a
variety of concurrent PMO projects. Candidate will be in a hybrid role
with coordination, business analysis, and Jr. level Project Management work.
They will help track financials, resources, and project deadlines for the
PMO.
*PMO Analyst*
*POSITION SUMMARY:*
This role is responsible for the administering and user support of IT’s
Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) tool. Responsibilities include
maintaining the centralized IT Project Portfolio, portfolio and status
reporting.
*POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES*:
*IT Project Portfolio Management (PPM)*
- Process project requests and route to appropriate area of
responsibility.
- Maintain centralized Project Portfolio, ensure adherence to financial
gates, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of the Portfolio.
- Perform portfolio reporting. Administer project and portfolio reports.
Compile reports on the progress, status and health of the Project and the
Portfolio.
*IT PPM Process & Tools*
- Responsible for the administration and user support of PPM Tool
- Maintain user access rights in the PPM tool
- Formalize IT PPM processes using standard project and process
formalization methodologies. Responsible for gathering requirements,
analyzing, designing, documenting, testing, user training and implementing
of new processes.
*IT Project, Porfolio and PMO Metrics*
- Maintain and publish performance measurements and KPIs to report and
track the success of Projects, the Project Portfolio, and the PMO
