-Client has an immediate opening for an Onbase Support Analyst role.
-The position is on a contract basis, with a healthcare provider .
-The successful candidate must have working experience with Onbase, strong support, implementation and testing experience within Onbase, and strong communication skills to effectively communicate with different business units.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Address daily help tickets.
- Monitoring and managing the automated DIP import processes.
- Configure and fine tune scanners.
- Work with the vendor, desktop and server support to complete the testing for and then implement the version 14 upgrade.
- Deploy scan capabilities to departments as they request it, working closely with users to understand their workflow and security needs.
- Willingness to learn and support other applications.

Required Skills:
-CMS,
- onbase experience
- ability to test
- implementing v11 to 14
