-Coordinates activities associated with application set-up, maintenance, and support for the Advisors Workstation (SalesForce.com CRM). -Partners with business and IT (internal external) when implementing change; includes business requirements gathering, impact assessment and business testing of application development.
-Combines thorough systems, business process and products knowledge with high level analytical and communication skills to support Operations systems users, production activities, and business procedural development.
- Involved with application administration (configuration); coordinates activities associated with functional configuration, new user set-up and maintenance, procedures and perform audit checks.
- Serves as liaison between IT staff and Operations staff in resolving production and business issues including translating complex technical language for operations staff and translating business terminology and concepts for IT staff. Identifies risk implications of a systems component. -Combines technical and business understanding to fully utilize the system.
- Works with IT and business on overall testing efforts, involved with preparing test strategy and creation of test plans.
-Assists with User Acceptance Testing and deployment of changes.
- financial services industry experience desired, strong technical background; experienced with SalesForce.com (or similar enterprise CRM) and planning software a plus.
