Key position responsibilities include:
- Provide an architecture roadmap for a number of integration technology platforms
- Oversee the software design and components for all new development efforts
- Interact with various application teams to understand the IT system integration needs and define appropriate solution based on integration standards
- Drive reusability of existing integration and drive the standardized usage of patterns
- Provide input to the cross system integration design
- Provide direction and guidance for the software development teams
- Understand and document the technical specifications/limitations including application capacity
- Support testing activities by assisting in root cause analysis and by providing recommendations to resolve all known issues
- Support service introduction of new releases into production by providing technical knowledge transfer to the support teams
- Create the technical components of the deployment plan and lead the technical team through the deployment process
- Provide input into TCO optimization
- Partner with all project stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of the projects
- Team and mentor teammates on agile practices and SDLC best practices
- Review and approve functional specifications created by delivery project teams
- Develop and maintain long-term business domain knowledge
- Effectively partner and/or lead teams with various staffing models of internal and external onshore and offshore resources in order to deliver successful solutions
- Responsible for maintaining solution integrity through the project and in Operations including controlling scope, managing solutions for change requests and clarifying solution capabilities during all delivery phases
- Provide Level 3 Operational assistance when dealing with High and Critical severity defects in production. Be willing and ready to answer production related calls from Service Management.
-The candidate seeking this role must have the ability to quickly understand the applications within the integration area and all of the systems’ behaviors and interactions.
-In addition this person must be able to tackle macro level problems and dive into the different parts of the systems effectively as necessary

Basic Qualifications:
-Hands on experience with software code in both web and client/server environments in at minimum one language using the following: Java, Tibco, any of the middleware technologies like Websphere Broker
-Working knowledge of Java, Spring, and other open source technologies

-Knowledge of NoSQL databases
