Required Skills:
-Hadoop, Hive, PIG, Zookeeper, Administration Skills

Job Summary:
-Primarily responsible for implementation and ongoing administration of Hadoop infrastructure
-Work as part of our operational team and participate in and provide expertise to development teams
-Ensure Hadoop environment is secure, healthy, backed up, and ready for all contingencies
-Monitor and troubleshoot Hadoop clusters using a variety of open source and proprietary toolsets
-Manage user and group access to various Hadoop resources
-Data capacity and node forecasting and planning
-Perform service level, and application updates, patches etc.
-Evaluate and propose new tools and technologies to meet the needs of the organization

Qualifications:
-2-year experience in Hadoop administration.
-Experience in Ambari, Zookeeper, Avro, Hive, Yarn.
-Experience with Cluster monitoring, performance tuning.
-Experience with user access group design on Hadoop
-Experience with scripting language such as Perl, Python, Java
-Experience with troubleshooting potential configuration problems.
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Strong collaboration skills, responsive to service needs and operational demands
