| Duties & Responsibilites : | • 10 plus years experience in leading complex UAT testing - meaning more than 10 different functional area involvement
* Demonstrated experience in creating test scenarios and test cases
• Demonstrated experience in communication skills and coaching business users through the UAT processes
• Demonstrated experience in business end to end testing, i.e., testing manual business processes during UAT. Demonstrated proficiency in effectively influencing decision making at various levels of the organizations.
• An attention for detail with the ability to translate for the business or technology in order to facilitate effective collaboration.
• Demonstrated proficiency with requirement and process tools (e.g. Visio, word, Excel, HP Quality Center, etc).
• Ability to handle changing priorities, manage multiple tasks and work within tight timeframes and deadlines.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience as a UAT coordinator, or Business Analyst with extensive UAT experience.
Required Skills:
Non-technical QA/UAT Coordinator.
