*Position : SQL BI Tester Location : Alpharetta, GA* *Duration : 6-8 Months Interview: Phone then Face to Face Must have GOOD COMMUNICATION !!! Job Description* - Starting a new project for Business Intelligence - Have some contractors that did the design of the BI platform - Now they need a person to come in and test. The reason for the openings – they don’t have anyone in house to create a platform for testing *Job Responsibilities* - Will kick off the process. They will have to create business test cases and establish a process of doing testing. They do testing with an application – but now they need to have process in place - First 2 months – person will be putting a process in place - Next 2 months – they will make sure the process works - Will not just be responsible for testing – they will make sure data is accurate / validate tests / document the process - They use TFS for testing. - There is an In-house Automation tool. Since this is a* manual testing role there will be limit automated testing* *Skills Required* - SQL Server – 2013 - Analysis Services – use cube to connect - Excel – most of users will use Excel. Use to drag and drop - MS BI tool – SSIS / SSRS / Power view….
