Please respond back to avish...@idctechnologies.com or call me on 408-648-0989. *Note : Must Be Local To OH Only…!!!!!!!* *Jobtitle : QA Tester* *Location : Marysville, OH* *Duration : 6+ Months Contract* *Rate : $45/Hr On C2C/1099* *Job Description :* NA Time and Labor project *Job Duties and Responsibilities:* Creating test plans Creating functional test cases in QC Performing manual functional testing or automated testing, Performance testing using tools, Communicating with customers and business users Working with Application Test Leads (Mainframe, PeopleSoft, ADP, and Kronos) to develop the detailed test plans. Working with the Application Test Leads with the collection of all unit test scripts to incorporate them into the process based / use case driven test scripts. Working with the PM and the team to construct the appropriate structure within Quality Center to report and track defects in an effective and meaningful manner. System testing (PreUAT) / UAT and ensuring the capture of valid test results. Working with Application Test Leads to ensure that the test bed (all scripts) in Quality Center accurately reflects the full breadth and depth of the required testing effort. Supervising defect resolution in coordination with the project team, and ensuring that all results are captured in Quality Center. Managing and reporting on defects in Quality Center (e.g. monitor for slipping dates and defect aging, follow up with responsible parties as needed). Acting as point to coordinate end-to-end testing during system testing (PreUAT) and UAT. Providing reports / updates regarding testing progress (e.g. metrics), issues, and risks to project leadership on a regular basis and for E-Events. *Required Skills and Qualifications:* 5+ years experience in Manual Testing - Test Management Tool - Quality Center 4+ years experience as a Test Team Member 5+ years of structure testing experience 2+ years in the Test Lead role. firm understanding of development methodology & waterfall life cycle ERP deployment (PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle Suite) testing experience (minimum of two project life-cycles). *DESIRED SKILLS:* Time and Labor, Core HR, Payroll, and/or mainframe testing experience. Kronos / ADP experience is an added plus. Practical business and/or application support experience (e.g. worked in Payroll, HR depts).
