*Role: BPM Developer*
*Location: Washington DC*
*Duration: 6 Months+*
*Job Description:*
At least 5+ experience in implementing automated systems.
• Using business process modeling tools to map processes
• Design and develop BPM flows in Cordys and/or Pega BPM tools
• Design and develop web services to be exposed from the BPM platform and
consumed by other applications
• Understanding and experience working with SOA enabled tools.
• Translating business requirements into technical specifications,
• Make sound recommendations on functional and technical improvements to
the product.
• Analyze the functional and technical impact of product planning
decisions.
• Provide project management support, testing support and implementation
support to the technical project team,
• Provide technical and user documentation for existing and new business
and system processes.
• Provide effective on-site product support as needed.
• Accurately sets severity of identified defects.
• Provide input to training and / or documentation materials regarding
latest technical and functional design changes.
• Document all work for future reference.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to function effectively in multi-disciplinary teams.
Desired Skills/Abilities (not required but a plus)
• Preferred experience creating Java based modules to be used as addons to
BPM tools
• Preferred experience with SQL queries in Oracle or MySQL environments
