·         Co-ordination with Development team

·         Integration and System testing

·         User Acceptance Testing Support

·         Coordinate day-to-day communication between team in Offshore and
Onsite.

·         Preferable to have ISTQB Certification

·         The candidate should have IT experience with Software testing
background.

·         *The candidate should have expertise in Web based application
testing in different domains such as Banking and Insurance.*

·         The candidate should have Proficiency in preparing Test Plan,
Test Cases, Test Scenarios, Requirement traceability Matrix, test results,
test execution report.

·         The candidate should have expertise in different levels of
testing like

·         *Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing,
System testing, Smoke testing, End to end testing, etc.*

·         *The candidate should have worked on Configuration Migration
tools like SharePoint.*

·         Expertise in Defect management tools such as Clear quest, HP-ALM.

·         The candidate should be capable of preparing the test plan, test
strategy and schedule.

·         The candidate should be capable of identifying risk and prepare
the contingency plan for the risk.

·         The candidate should have Good written and oral communication
skills in English.
