Daily Responsibilities: * Work closely with Manager to understand overall needs and requirements. (Description, Rate...etc.) * Create a comprehensive job description based on Account Manager's specifications to present to the candidates and do postings on job boards and internal gateways * Identify and source top talent - using job boards, web searches, referrals and any other industry-specific sources * Identify, screen and present top talent to the respective requirements * Develop position-specific screening questionnaires * Manage candidates throughout the interview process * Update the submissions on Applicant Tracking Systems to ensure future searches leverage all data gathered during the process * Coordinate with Legal and HR Managers in rolling out offers letters and handling paperwork with W2, 1099, C2C candidates/ employers and ensure smooth delivery for the customer requisitions.
