Proactive problem identification and problem solving. · Soft Skills: Flexible - especially work methods, working various assignments, and with various individuals. · Team Player - work well with others in various organizational areas: current team area, IT, business partner (the end customer), etc. Communication skills Listening skills Strong, above average ability to quickly learn broad, deep and complex subject matter Responsibilities: · Resource will work w/in a complex and fast paced matrix environment and will be responsible for driving a specific set of projects through to completion. · Responsibilities: -Perform deep analysis of Revenue Pipeline (RP) information or RP Application Suite systems as requested. · Work with the Revenue Pipeline Solutions Center (RPSC) and various business customers and determine clear and actionable requirements for new or existing RP Application modules, derivations, processes, or application suite tools. · Develop and execute applicable test cases. · Design, develop, test, and document structured queries and reports to extract data from the Revenue Pipeline Analytical Database (RPAD) in support of the RP application modules. · Proactively perform audits of RP data, reports, queries, and tables to identify weaknesses in RP data integrity, reliability, or technical processes. · Perform project management activities including: work planning, resource estimating, recommended issue prioritization and resolution. · Recommend business process and/or design enhancements to DL management · Research and communicate answers to end-users' questions regarding RP data and reports. · Prepare and facilitate training sessions which explain RP processes, data, attributes, and reports; and general Brio query knowledge for the purposes of analysis, report development, and training. · Serve as a RP Application and RP Application Tool Suite Subject Matter Expert (SME). · Work multiple existing and developing system projects and analyses with limited supervision in a fast paced environment. · Adhere to and assist in the design, development, and testing of all audit and SOX policies and procedures. · Practices safety conscious behaviours in all operational processes and procedures. -- Thanks and Regards Gaurav Singh -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "American Vendor--IT Consulting" group.
