4 + years of experience in Developing and Configuring CRMs
'3+ years of experience in hands on in Microsoft Dynamics CRM(2015)
Atleast 2+ years of experience in working with multiple teams, driving
requirements, design for CRM solutions.
Able to work with multiple teams and vendors to study the current AS-IS
system
Design CRM solution for large groups and able to provide best practices and
value additions from experience
Able to guide offshore teams in developing the CRM solution in Microsoft
Dynamics
Able to do hands on coding in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Good communication skills
Able to understand typical Retail industry standards and provide
suggestions on processes and system improvements
Open to learning new technologies and systems
Able to understand the workings of CRM solutions, so able to guide the
business team on industry practices.
