Quick Solutions is seeking a Senior Omni-Channel Solution Architect.
Omni-channel currently has a unique position in the market place and there
is significant need for a resource who understands the best ways to enable
the union of technology, marketing, and customer experience customer
experience. Quick Solutions is seeking a person with the ability to
understand back-end systems, architect robust applications in mobile, web,
and environments, and coordinate effectively between business and
technology teams.
This role is largely an individual contributor role with the long-term
objective of building a team of solution architects, developers, and
marketing resources. This individual is responsible for managing the
architecture & providing project solution architecture across all
Omni-Channel domains and business capability areas. The primary
Omni-Channel business capabilities enable engaging customers, envisioning
solutions through the business development process, and providing delivery
oversight and involvement

*Solution Architecture:*
• Align solution architecture with the business strategy and
the Enterprise Architecture
• Align Project roadmaps with Enterprise roadmaps
• Coordinate solution architecture implementation and
modification activities.
• Document all solution architecture Macro and Micro level
design and analysis (Contextual, Conceptual, Logical, Physical)
• Technical / Security implementation specifications
• Facilitate the evaluation and selection of software product
standards, as well as the design of standard software configurations.
• Engage with business partners to perform discovery and lead
proofs-of-concept for new technology and capabilities.
• Consult with application or infrastructure development
projects to fit systems or infrastructure to architecture, and identify
when it is necessary to modify the solution architecture to accommodate
project needs.
*Domain Expertise:*
• Work with business and IT stakeholders to develop road maps
of the evolution of the Omni-Channel portion of the Enterprise Solution
Portfolio (as defined by the Enterprise Architecture).
• Analyze the Omni-Channel environment to detect critical
deficiencies, and recommend solutions for improvement.
• Analyze technology industry and market trends, and determine
their potential impact on the enterprise.
• Design and lead the implementation of the Omni-Channel
architecture based on enterprise business and IT strategies
The accomplished individual will possess...
*Experience:*
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis or a
related study, or equivalent experience.
• At least ten years of total IT experience including technical
architecture, network management, application development, middleware,
database management or operations.
• At least two years’ experience in a digital firm with web,
mobile, and creative design highlights and exposure.
• Experience with omni-channel concepts like: moments, customer
journey, mulit-channel, silos, etc.
• Hands-on software engineering/development experience
• Exposure to mobile, hybrid, web, and other environments,
product development and management.
• Basic knowledge of financial models and budgeting
• Understanding of the enterprise's political climate and how
to navigate the political waters.

• Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and
short-term perspectives of situations.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork,
facilitation and negotiation as this position has significant interactions
with non-technical stakeholders.

• Understanding of applications and processes like: POS,
Ecommerce, Payment Gateways, Order Management, Sales Audit, Allocation,

• Experience in technologies like: .NET, Java, Telrick, Xamarin
• Knowledge of IT security and regulatory compliance (PCI, PII,
etc)
