MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE • A minimum 8 years of experience *in Java/J2EE* development building enterprise web applications. • Extensive experience with *Spring and Hibernate*. • Strong experience in *MVC* and using other design patterns. • Experience with *Oracle WebLogic 10*.x+ or similar application server. • Experience with relational database such as *Oracle*, *MS SQL Server or MySQL*. • Experience with testing tools and techniques such as *JUnit* and continuous integration. • Strong experience with *AJAX using JQuery* or other frameworks. • Strong knowledge of data integration technologies and processes. • Experience with formal SDLCs and development methodologies. • Experience with Ant. • Knowledge of *HTML, XML, JavaScript and CSS*. • Knowledge of secure coding standards and best practices. • Must have experience with *Subversion or CVS*. • Must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources. • Solid experience *in XML Technologies* (XML, XSL, XSD). • Solid knowledge of testing tools and techniques. • Must be able to provide documentation on their work.
