Assistance in reviewing situations on the Teradata platforms and proposing solutions. Monitoring of the System Performance daily using Monitoring tools and coordination of escalations as needed Coordination of database maintenance activities and prioritization Assistance with planning, Testing and execution of hardware/software upgrade testing and events Ties new users/existing users to new/existing access categories. Space allocation on the Teradata environment Maintain Access Management policy adherence and audit measures Implement the physical structure changes requested by evaluation team and entry in the Production Environment. Manage day to day production performance and service level agreement support Support Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity events and documentation Monitor the applications running on the production platforms to meet the SLA.
