*Role: ETL Developer * *Location: NYC, NY* *Job Description:* • 3+ years of database development using either SQL Server or MySQL (but with significant experience using both) • 3+ years of ETL development using SSIS and related tools • Solid understanding of data warehouse modern design methodologies • Solid understanding of database/SSIS/general software development best practices • Experience with very large databases, data warehouses and high-volume ETL processes • Experience in all aspects of database design and development, stored procedure development, SSIS development, reporting services development and business intelligence development • Experience using linked servers and SQL Server/MySQL data exchange • Good data modeling and SQL coding skills • Experience developing with and supporting SSIS server and related tools • Experience performing basic DBA activities such as scheduled maintenance, upgrades, backups, performance tuning and troubleshooting. • Excellent troubleshooting skills with demonstrable experience identifying bottlenecks in existing database/ETL processes • Experience working with SSIS, SQL Server and MySQL on Amazon Web Services (AWS) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Good problem solving and negotiating skills Thanks & Regards Seshan Y.
