*Job Title: OpenText (SAP ECM) Consultant * *Location: Hopkins - MN* *Duration: 6+ Months* *6 month Contract - Consultant will need to be on-site first couple of weeks and then has the ability to telecommute. * *Requisition Summary:* · The ECM Designer will be responsible for the planning and execution of document migration between OpenText Content Servers. · The designer will be responsible for the design and analysis related to process, data, or information. · The ECM Designer will ensure that all documents, their associated metadata, security and records management classifications are migrated appropriately, access to documents is available from the SAP application, writing and execution of test scenarios and scripts, and ensuring risks are mitigated or eliminated prior to deployment. · This position will follow principles established to ensure proper re-use and design consistency. · This position communicates within and across design teams, software development teams, security, and business partners to meet design requirements. · The Enterprise Content Management team is tasked with the enablement of enterprise content management solutions that involve document management, imaging, records management, archiving, and application decommissioning. · This role is for the Enterprise Content Management ECM Designer who will be responsible for migration of SAP integrated data to our global deployment of OpenText. · This resource will work closely with RIM subject matter experts and across various process teams within Tartan, Global IT, and TGRC. *Technical skills required:* • OpenText xECM 10.5 suite, OpenText Content Server 10 SP2 • OpenText xECM: ECMLink, Business Workspace - hands-on deployment experience • Content Server and Archive Server migration tools; OTIC, Object Importer, VolMig • Content Server performance analysis and tuning • Enterprise Library Services, RCS, OTDS • Detailed knowledge of Content Server database schema and Oracle SQL • OpenText Content Server Case Management • OpenText Content Server Records Management • Content Server Web Reports, Live Reports, Workflow • Strong knowledge of OpenText architecture and administration *Technical skills desired:* • SAP xECM: Doculink • OpenText Content Server Search Administration • Strong knowledge of Windows Server application installation and maintenance -- Thanks & Regards, *Sampath* Damcosoft Inc.
