*Position :- Data ArchitectLocation :- Troy, MIDuration :- 12+ MonthsJob Description: * 10+ years of industry IT experience with at least 5 years in data warehouse implementation 4+ years as an Data Architect in large scale environments 4+ years of experience with Data Analysis, Data Modelling, Data Integration, Data Warehousing Design Person should have working experience in Data quality tools, Data Modeling tool (such as Erwin), understanding of metadata management concepts Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, AIX, Windows, Linux Should be able to define, analyze, and review data architecture and technical requirements. Experience in data analysis, data profiling, data integration, and data quality. Define governance and best practices around meta-data to ensure an integrated definition of data for enterprise information, and to ensure the accuracy, validity, reusability, and consistent definitions for common reference data. Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels to understand requirements Ability to establish and achieve goals and maintain time lines Strong analytical and problem solving skills Ability to manage and execute multi-year strategic vision Ability to provide strong technical leadership to the organization Ability to work independently with general direction Knowledge of DataStage (IBM Information Server) essential. Knowledge of other ETL (data integration) tools such as Informatica, Oracle Data Integrator etc. is nice to have.
