This resource must have Excellent Verbal and Non-Verbal communications skills as this is the key factor for coordination. This resource MUST have 3+ years of experience in the Insurance Claims platform including an understanding of financial transactions Processing (payments and reserves). This resource MUST have systems analysis done on claims migration for 1-2 projects. This resource should preferably have 5+ years of overall experience, 3+ years of Property & Casualty Insurance experience. *Other Competencies that are MUST:* -MS Office Suite - including Viso -Running SQL data queries *Resource responsibilities will include: * a) Participating in Knowledge, Requirements, and Design sessions with Business teams to acquire business knowledge of RiverStone’s unique implementation of ClaimCenter, its integrations to peripheral components, services, and down-stream processing b) Translating Business Requirements & Claims-related Mapping Definitions into Technical Design documents. c) Sharing and/or training the IT Development team based on the knowledge that was acquired from business teams. d) Iteratively testing and providing status on Business Line migrations using the ClaimCenter-UI and Database with the simple SQL queries. e) Communicating with claims migration SQL/ETL developers to iteratively refine ETL processes that feed GWCC Claims migration staging tables (based on GWCC integrity & verification checks and SME review) f) Verifying claims migration data quality and counts for the migration to see the success factor or the migration project. *g*) Supporting claims migration test case development and testing (as available) h) Comprehensively document and deliver a RiverStone M&A(Migration & Acquisitions) claims migration process overview that breaks-down the claims migration process into discreet steps – with details as to sequencing, process steps, inputs, outputs, exception processing, and dependencies. *Details of the positions are below:* *TITLE*: Systems Analyst/Business Analyst *START DATE*: ASAP *DURATION*: 5-6 Months *Location*: Atlanta, GA and/or New Jersey *Project: Surety Claims Migration from Guidewire ClaimCenter - File Handler.* BA with P&C with *Security claims* knowledge. *JOB DESCRIPTION* This resource will interact with the all or any and not limited to business/project/Product Vendor teams. This resource MUST have 2+ years’ experience of system analysis on the Claims management platform. This resource should preferably have 5+ years of overall experience, 3+ years of P&C experience. This resource should preferably have claims migration This resource should preferably have *File Handler* Claims management system from JW Software. *Responsibilities will include: * a) Participating in JAD sessions with Business/Vendor teams. b) Preparing Requirements document based on the JAD sessions. c) Understanding the Data Dictionary of the source and Target systems. d) Should be able to come up with a mapping document if any b/w source and Target systems. e) Sharing and or training the IT Development team based on the knowledge that was gained from business teams. f) Testing the front end application g) Verifying the data quality and counts for the migration to see the success factor or the project. h) Coordinate with the application development team for clarifications on the product.
