*Job Title: Oracle Database Developer* *Location: Plymouth - MN* *Duration: 6+ Months* *Responsibilities: * • Design and develop code for Oracle account administration. • Provide standardization and consistency across environments. • Ensure a stable and secure database environment. • Apply database management consulting skills and gather requirements. • Uphold enterprise policy guidelines. *Required Skills:* • At least five years of experience working with Oracle databases (*strong preference working with a project team*). Oracle 9i, 10g, 11g and 12c on Linux, AIX and Solaris. • Experience with scripting (UNIX shell, SQLplus, PL/SQL). • Experience with code development and Oracle database design (with emphasis on account administration and privileges). • Knowledge of the UNIX/Linux Server platform. • Four-year degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent experience. • Effective verbal communication skills and documentation skills in both business and technical areas. • Strong organizational skills to handle changing priorities, tight schedules, and correction of critical systems outside of normal working hours. *Desired Skills:* • Experience with a systems development or project methodology. • Experience working with remote teams. • Experience working with Oracle RAC. • Knowledge of Sybase account administration. -- Thanks & Regards, *Sampath* Damcosoft Inc.
