1. Strong experience analyzing and documenting business requirements and
functional specifications for corporate external and internal web sites in
user stories.
2. Excellent skills required in critical thinking and analysis, meeting
facilitation, backlog management and prioritization, listening, asking
clarifying questions, verbal and written communications, and interpersonal
interactions (e.g., partnering, conflict management, resolving priorities
between stakeholders, consulting, etc.).
3. Comfortable working with business stakeholders at various business
management levels.
4. Once acclimated to the project, able to work independently, with
little supervision. Able to take a given issue/problem and run with it to
its resolution. Be a problem solver.
*Desired:*
1. Background in Health Industry (medical claims).
2. Familiarity with Consumer Driven Health Products (e.g. HRA {Health
Reimbursement Arrangements}, FSA {Flex Savings Arrangements}, HSA {Health
Savings Account}).
Responsibilities:
- Learning the functionality of a purchased software application.
- Documenting business requirements.
- Translating business requirements in order to map interface files
(from software application) to company proprietary file structures.
- Develop testing scenarios.
