Join our team! *Senior Software Developer - Sitecore* The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland has immediate openings for Senior Sitecore Web Developers. *Position Summary* Position provides a hands-on opportunity to design, develop and maintain interactive content and media rich public facing and internal websites for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland in Sitecore. The position offers opportunities to explore, learn, and integrate mobile, social media and collaboration technologies and provide engaging user experiences. Additional responsibilities include providing project management support and coaching and mentoring other staff when needed. May need to provide production support while ensuring high availability of applications for business users. A continuous learning outlook and a desire to improve on core competencies are critical for a successful career at the Bank. *Essential Accountabilities* . Work with the project management office, business teams, and technology teams to assess and refine requirements and to design/develop web-based solutions . Design, prototype, and create user-centered designs based on business and functional requirements, user research, market analysis, customer feedback and usability findings . Incorporate security and other relevant Bank and Federal Reserve System controls into solutions . Follow, enhance, and contribute to group coding standards and best practices around documentation, code-formatting, and source-control . Perform application optimization and tuning; ongoing capacity planning . Contribute in a collaborative team environment, at times as a lead coaching less experienced staff . Demonstrate strong commitment to innovation, quality, schedules, and budget . Consult with database administrators, and other customers, both internal and external regarding infrastructure requirements and problem resolution . Provide systems integration to link together different computing systems, data sources and/or software applications physically or functionally to deliver business value solutions. . Provide ongoing technical support to customers, including support for migrations of the application into various environments. Provide application and technical support during all phases of the application lifecycle. . Serve as a consultant to business areas as they consider their technology needs . Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. *Qualifications* . Bachelor's Degree - preferably Sciences, Math, Statistics, Economics, or Engineering . 2+ years of development experience in Sitecore . 7+ years of development experience in .Net. Experience in other applicable technologies such as .Net, HTML, Javascript, Sharepoint, and SQL. Will also have experience developing web applications that consume and/or generate XML and JSON Web Services . Candidate must be proficient in building and maintaining a code base, include writing automated unit tests and build scripts . Candidate must be familiar or have implemented agile practices . This individual will be required to design, develop and deliver applications that will be located in an internet or extranet environment and thus require the developer have skills in secure coding . Strong written and verbal communication skills *Technical Operating Environment:* . The candidate should be highly proficient in Sitecore and should be comfortable and have proficiency in many or all of the following technologies: ASP.NET, MVC Frameworks, JavaScript, HTML, CSHTML, Charting Tools such as Infragistics or Tableau, Razor, Bootstrap, TFS, Unit Testing, XML and JSON Web Services, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA). *Critical Competencies for Success:* .
