*Service Desk Job Responsibilities*: Serves customers by determining
requirements; answering phone & email inquiries; resolving problems;
fulfilling requests and maintaining group mailboxes.

*Service Desk Job Duties:*

·         Service desk perform first-level diagnosis and troubleshooting
support to end-users and customers.

·         Provide service desk support and resolve problems to all internal
and external users of Multifamily

·         Provide application support in accordance with established
processes and document incidents and remedies.

·         Escalate complex incidents to second-level support teams.

·         Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received
by phone or email

·         Monitor Service Desk Mailboxes for requests and assign
accordingly

·         Maintains professional telephone skills at all times by adhering
to Service Desk quality standards and consistent use of the Service Desk
telephone dialog.

·         Determines requirements by working with customers.

·         Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching,
locating, and providing information.

·         Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring
answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating
unresolved problems.

·         Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing
transactions; forwarding requests.

·         Maintains Service Desk SharePoint application by entering
accurate information.

·         Document internal procedures

·         Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for
accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add
value to job accomplishments.

*Desired Experiences*

·         Use of Remedy 8.1 / Lotus Notes / Oracle COD

·         Solid phone and verbal communication skills.

·         Highly motivated and committed individual.

·         Desire to work in fast paced, highly dynamic environment.

·         Ability to work independently without relying on significant
management oversight.

·         Prior customer service or call center background a plus.



*Work Hours*

·         The Service Desk is open from 8:00 am – 8:00 pm Monday – Friday.
Service Desk agents must be able to work varying shifts from 8:00 am to
8:00 pm.
