There are 2 Interfaces for SCARSIN and SAP CIF (Core Interface). · LOCs( Key customers )- Replenishment model in APO . Location Type in APO 1002. · CMOs(Contract Manufacturers)- Planned in APO (Most of the brands) and SNC used for collaboration. · No forecasting takes place in APO. Flat File is uploaded to APO from SCARSIN. There is a requirement to start Statistical Forecast in APO DP. But the same is not finalized yet. · Other planning areas used for financial reporting purpose – CIF, S&OP Forecast, LOC Sales &Inventory · Beginning of the Month Forecast will be released to SNP - Heuristics Solver · LOC (non SAP plants) modeled for replenishment, CMO Manufacturing - Subcontracting manufacturing process captured in PPDS for capacity evaluation purpose · Supply Network designed based on Financial Flow , Quota constraints Planning book ,Capacity Evaluation for Vendors, Stock in Transit, Bright stock solutions, SNC Integration · BW Integration for – 1. LOC Sales/Inventory, 2. Actual Sales, 3. Actual Sales & Inventory for LOC, 4. APO Back up for reporting purposes · SNP Monthly Planning process - Forecast Release, Delete All Deployment Purchase requisitions, Execute Heuristics Run, Planner reviews and corrects the plans (Note – Deployment in Shire is not Standard SNP Deployment.
