The BPLM Principal is responsible for contributing to the region P&L for
consulting services. This role handles all aspects of building and growing
his/her portfolio of consulting business, including sales and delivery,
focused in the area of Business Process Modeling and Lifecycle Management.
Target billable utilization: 70%. Specific Tasks / Responsibilities: Lead
the execution and delivery of consulting projects. Attain quarterly and
annual goals and positive revenue growth. Execute the strategy, performance
and growth initiatives for portfolio and provide thought leadership. Drive
sales and business development for client accounts. Execute account
planning and penetration strategy for assigned accounts. Work with the
regional sales teams. Lead engagement staff in building strategic
relationships. Execute robust project management methodologies that provide
best in class delivery. Deliver QA to ensure the highest degree of quality
and client satisfaction. Manage the skillset and strength of staff to
balance objectives. Attract, develop, excite, and retain outstanding group
of individuals that as a team will outperform the competition. Build and
manage relationships with C-level client executives and be involved in
executive-level sales support activities. Provide thought leadership by
focusing external and internal discussions on business value and strategic
impact. Provide market feedback to identify and develop new
products/services, improve efficiency and effectiveness of practice
methodologies, and deliver world class collateral. Build relationships with
customers. Know client organization and understand how decisions are made.
Be a well respected partner at different levels of the client organization.
Monitor performance targets, deadlines and quality standards and take
appropriate action if necessary. Tailor products to best fit customer
needs. Profitability focus and understand implications of decisions and
actions on overall business profitability. Identify and address potential
threats to delivery. Seek new solutions for the existing portfolio and
initiate proposals for portfolio expansion. Propose deals and partnerships
to potential customers, suppliers and business partners. Network. Minimum 8
years experience in area of the Business Processes and Procedures,
including minimum 5 years direct consulting experience. Minimum 3 years
management experience.

Role: TFS / ALM Consultant Our team provides consulting services which
enables Healthcare business units to improve their software development
efficiency by implementing proven patterns and practices using Microsoft
Team Foundation Server to build long-term organizational value. We are
looking for an experienced TFS/ALM consultant with broad technical
knowledge to join our team. Our vision is a consistent development
landscape throughout the organization organized around Microsoft’s
Application Lifecycle Management suite, Team Foundation Server. Education:
• BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related software
technology field. Primary Role and Responsibilities: • Support internal and
external TFS development teams. • Work with teams to implement and certify
FDA CFR compliant infrastructures. • Requirements elicitation and
functional design of an integrated SW development environment based on MS
Team Foundation Server (TFS) • Support of the global TFS team with concepts
and templates on new IT technologies to get optimum system performance.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills • Experience with ALM -
Microsoft Team Foundation Server, minimum 5+ years, that covers defect
tracking, source code control, requirement management and build automation
• Must demonstrate deep technical knowledge and process expertise using
TFS. • Must have experience with Microsoft.Net framework, C#, PowerShell. •
Experience with common Methodologies and Processes. Agile –CMMI - Lean •
Excellent listening skills; problem solving and collaboration skills a must
• Quality time management skills a must • Good communication skills, both
written and verbal a must, moderation and presentation techniques • Strong
research capabilities are a must • Willingness to work in different
projects in different business units • Ability to develop software
expertise quickly
