- 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst
- Including several years BA experience in the Finance/Banking
industry
- Strong experience with Business process modeling and requirements
management tools such as:
- iGrafx
- HP ALM
- Case Complete
- etc.
- Experience using a requirements management tool
- Excellent documentation skills to produce clear and concise
documentation
- Strong experience working with large set of data
- Understanding business process models development
- Experience using various types of requirements modeling and capture
techniques such as:
- Use-case modeling
- Functional requirements decomposition
- Strong analytical and product management skills, including a thorough
understanding of how to analyze and interpret business needs and translate
them into application and operational requirements
- Conducting user workshops to elicit and harmonize requirements
- Analyzing business needs for data marts and analytical platforms
- Requirements elicitation and discovery
- Creating clear and concise documentation
- Communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Client orientation
- Results orientation
- Willingness to drive and embrace change
- BA or MS in Finance or Computer science
- Team player, detail oriented, able to multi-task and prioritize
effectively
- Experience with Data management, Reporting, & Analytics solutions and
projects
