About the Project:
The purpose of this role is to build a pilot salesforce.com integration
environment as a part of the global CRM initiative. The developer will
implement upstream and downstream integration with a new CRM system across all
LOB with Capital Markets. This role will work closely with the CRM IT lead, CRM
Business Product Managers and
a wide range of teams within Capital Markets technology organization.
Required Skills
Must have 8+ years of Overall experience
Minimum 5 years of experience implementing enterprise level IT solution ;
2 years of experience in salesforce.com programming
Extensive experience in complex data transformation and integration using SOAP
API, REST API, and Apex Data Loader
Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, XML, HTML, Visio, Sharepoint, Pivot
Table
Strong SQL query and stored procedure skills
Experience in capital markets is strongly preferred

Responsibilities
Set up a pilot salesforce data integration environment between SQL Server and
salesforce.com sandbox, including setting up salesforce.com, creating data
connections and installing SQL database drivers etc.
Work with the business analyst and understand about twenty data feeds into and
out of the multiple existing CRM systems; create field dictionary for all data
feeds for the salesforce.com that will replace existing CRM system.
Work with the CRM team lead to develop custom objects in salesforce.com to
store the capital markets related data;
Transform the data feed from various
source databases and store them in the landing tables in the dev database,
including :
o
Client Data
o
Security Data
o
People / User Data
o
Contact Data
o
Trading related data etc
Build up data sync and integration script to sync the CSI database and other
source system with the salesforce.com ; the process needs to be easily
repeatable
Document
the data integration process in Sharepoint
Creatively use Apex, Visualforce and off the shelf salesforce.com functions to
represent the sophisticated client profile, contact, activity and custom object
data in salesforce.com
