*Position : QA Tester with SharePoint Exp. * *Duration : 2-3 Months * *Location : Seattle , WA * *Phone then Face to Face* Needs to have experience testing SharePoint site * Job Requirement * · The QA Tester role provides support to a wide range of projects that serve all corporate departments as well as the firm’s disciplines and practices. This position requires deep understanding of QA methodologies and process. The QA Tester will review functional requirement documentation, design test plans and write test cases. · The QA Tester will submit, regress, verify defects (Blackbox) and communicate project and testing status to internal teams. *Job Responsibilities* - Analyze requirements and own the creation and execution of manual test cases based upon functional specifications and QA best practices - Consult with Business Analysts on testing options and strategies - Document bugs and communicate testing issues to the team - Lead triage, drive bug ownership and re-test bugs - Collaborate with Business Analysts and SharePoint developers to ensure project outcomes align with priorities and direction - Work with the team to identify upcoming testing needs, schedule and effort required - Identify and advocate QA testing standards and processes * Job Requirement* - 3-5 years of quality assurance/application testing experience - *Strong working knowledge and experience with SharePoint 2010* - Experience in system, regression, integration and user acceptance testing - Familiarity with version/source control, TFS bug tracking, and workflow applications/tools - Organized and analytical approach to problem solving; self-motivated, team player - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Strong background in Microsoft’s productivity tools (SharePoint and Office) *Plus Skills* - QA Testing experience with Office 365 and SharePoint 2013 - Demonstrated experience working in an Agile development environment using Scrum, Lean, or Kanban - BS degree in CS or related engineering discipline or equivalent work experience Regards , Kailash Negi VSG Business Solutions Phone: 302-261-3207 x 102 Email: kail...@vsgbusinesssolutions.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "American Vendor--IT Consulting" group.
