*Location: **NYC* *Duration: 24 Months * *Interview: Phone & Face to Face * *Start Date: ASAP * *Position Overview*: • Client is seeking an enthusiastic and collaborative IT QA lead to help lead our next generation IT projects across a variety of different functions and disciplines. You'll be leading big and little projects that are fun, challenging and span the spectrum of IT. Flexibility, creative thinking and cross-discipline collaboration are essential. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant creative impact for our members and our business through dynamic technologies. Must have strong SQL skills (SQL Scripting/ SQL Queries) • This consultant role is based in our IT headquarters office It will report to the Director of QA. *Key Responsibilities*: • Responsible for leading offshore QA for SalesForce projects. Must have strong SQL skills (SQL Scripting/ SQL Queries) • Should have some web/mobile testing experience • Participate in sprint meetings, develop test scope/plan/cases and perform test execution as needed. • Build and maintain working relationships with team members and other departments involved in projects. • Identify and proactively resolve issues within the QA team. • Communicate QA status, progress on deliverables, and risks/issues to stakeholders and leadership in a timely manner. *Role Skill set*: • Minimum 5-6 years experience in QA Manual testing with at least 1-3 years as QA Lead. (its ok If they only lead a small group but they must have been in a QA lead type of role) Strong preference to have experience with web/mobile testing. • Excellent SQL skills with some data testing experience is required / it is Not necessary to have SQL stored procedures experience, however they must have strong SQL skills (SQL Scripting/ SQL Queries) • Excellent communication skills. • Good Knowledge on Agile/SDLC/Jira process/life cycle. • Ability to lead resources.
