The Agile Coach should be comfortable working at all levels (team, stakeholder, organizational leader) to help the organization use Agile as a strategic asset of culture change and to foster our business values. The Agile Coach is an expert in lean Agile practices, and is knowledgeable in at least one of these domains: technical, business, organizational. This person has evolved facilitation skills and is comfortable mentoring, training and/or offering professional coaching. The Agile Coach will contribute as a team member with other Agile Coaches to deliver on the company's vision of transforming the automotive retail industry. Responsibilities · Drive the organization-wide agile adoption strategy and rollout plans. · Provide Agile coaching to teams on all aspects of the project management framework, with a strong focus on Scrum practices. This includes working in a hands-on manner with the teams, as well as in a consultant model. · Accountable for improvement in results of software development projects. This includes better predictability of delivery, improving productivity, quality, and the scheduling and delivery of commitments. · Coach teams and management towards improving their Agile process and metrics.
