*Client: Citadel Investment Group* *Location: Chicago, IL* *Duration: 1 year with option to extend* *Phone/Skype(Local candidates only)* Job Duties: • As a part of Global Clearing & Settlement IT, build and maintain robust and high throughput C++ applications on Linux platform. • Enhance, maintain, and support cutting-edge applications in production environment. • Work with business to drive and understand requirements • Analyze requirements and propose solutions/prototypes • Architect/Design solutions • Build robust, flexible, multi-threaded, high-throughput, object-oriented, client/server systems, using C++, Sybase, and SQL • Unit test code, and work with business users on UAT • Deploy systems to production • Support production environment.
