*Title: Build Engineer (5 positions)* *Location: Chicago, IL* *Must have: 7-8 yrs of exp at Build Engineer, **.Net coding experience, **Team city and octopus for ci tools* *Interview: phone then F2F* Description: The .Net Build engineer will develop improvements to the build, installation and deployment processes. Contribute to the build automation and continuous integration and deployment. Development experience on ASP.Net MVC application. Experience with creating automated installation and deployment processes. Very strong build automation skills are essential, especially PowerShell scripting. Experience in .NET, PowerShell, IIS, Visual Studio 2013, Windows Xml Installer and web services architecture are essential for this hands-on role. Must have Ideal candidate would have 2-4 years of experience in a build engineering role. Practical knowledge of Source Control Management, specifically branching, tagging and merging of different code streams (i.e. Subversion). Strong scripting skills, especially PowerShell. Strong knowledge of Windows Xml Installer. Microsoft Development/Build technologies, i.e. ASP.Net MVC (.Net 4.5 and VS 2013), SQL Server 2008, IIS 7. Continuous Integration (i.e. Team City). Automated deployment technologies i.e. Octopus. Nice to have Experience of agile development processes an advantage.
