This also includes engaging the departmental subject matter experts (SMEs) for field identification and requirement clarification as well as working directly with internal and external clients to understand requirements, needs and priorities. This position also provides support for senior developers on larger projects and may also engage in lower level development efforts independently. *Responsibilities include but not limited to:* *Performs the following:* - Client report setup - Client extract setup and modification - Client custom report development - Structured programming requests - Prepares and completes required documentation and logging - Adhere to policies and procedures regarding configuration management, testing, and quality control - Work with other Cenlar technical areas as an MIS team member to integrate new initiatives, solve problems, and provide outstanding customer support - Support senior developers on larger projects - Other tasks as directed by the Development Manager. *The Programmer I development tools:* - CenBase Portal - MS SQL Query Analyzer - MS Visual Studio/.Net Studio - MS Office *Requirements:* - This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and knowledge of basic project management and software development functions.
