This is a consulting role, so we are also seeking strong communication skills and a passion for solving customer / software testing challenges. For the Software Development Engineer in Test the ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent educational discipline. The SDET should also have at least 4+ years of experience in the software testing industry. Any recent experience in the past year as a Lead and / or in a consulting role would also be an advantage but not required. The selected candidates will have a proven track record of designing and implementing test frameworks. The ideal candidate will also have expertise in C#; any experience with SQL database back end testing will be considered a plus. Documenting and maintaining test plans and test cases and documenting bugs in software are also principal functions of the SDET role.
