If consultant does not have Silverlight experience, they MUST have several years of experience with front end developing using WPF. 2) Basic experience coding with MS SQL Server 2005 and above. Within this, a strong understanding of data analytics. 3) Mild personality with the ability to communicate effectively and work in collaboration with a close knit team. 4) Any type of financial or healthcare experience is a huge plus.
