Handle client escalations Presales for oracle fusion cloud( hcm, erp ) crm would be added advantage. Manage a team of 20-30 people. Experience Worked as project and program management for at least 3 years. Worked as implementation consultant on PeopleSoft for 7 years Worked on end to end implementation projects in usa minimum 10 projects. Conducted 25 successful pre sales assignments. Worked on on site offshore model. Understanding of oracle cloud methodology Strong people management skills Master’s degree preferably in finance or hcm. Generated repeat business of 3,000,000– 5,000,000 usd Worked on project profitability targets. Good to have 1. Project Management 2. Agile / Scrum Methodology 3. Oracle Unified Methodology 4. Implementation experience in oracle cloud 5. Pmp certification.
