Job Description

• Customer service, strong trouble shooting of general IT with Microsoft
Exchange Console and MicroSoft Active Directory being huge plus areas.

Description:

• A Customer Service Advisor ensures delivery of an excellent customer
experience.

• Handles inbound and outbound contacts within a Service Centre
environment: includes transactions, advice and guidance on policy and hand
off to Service Lines across the client base.

• Records contacts and is accountable for the use of the Contact Management
System.

• Uses appropriate IT systems. References approved information sources
(such as Knowledge Base, Intranet etc).
