Achieve e-commerce technical architecture operational objectives 2. Provide technical leadership and input during the full lifecycle of projects 3. Confirm infrastructure capability, scalability, and flexibility to support high availability web applications 4. Conduct or participate in specification/design reviews, code reviews, code coverage test reviews, and audits of adherence to coding and testing standards 5. Work with development teams to resolve development and implementation issues - this could require you to engage in coding / development to support the teams’ efforts 6. Mentor engineering and development team resources on engineering and software development best practices 7. Work closely and collaborate with Engineering, Business Analysts, and client Product Management 8. Serve as the technical liaison for Saggezza to our client, contributing to and enhancing our strategic partnership *Qualifications:* 1. 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java / J2EE & related technologies 2. Experience with RESTful web services, SOAP, XML, JSON, JUnit, JMeter, Spring Framework, IntelliJ, Maven and design patterns as well as Agile software development methodology 3. Knowledge of procedural and object oriented design, programming and testing techniques 4. Ability to work with project, program and/or product management to develop detailed project plans and work breakdown structures for medium to large initiatives 5. Experience developing high quality code, and being accountable for technical delivery of projects to specifications within the given timelines 6. Ability to lead small teams of onshore and/or offshore developers & testers 7. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and technical coaching skills 8. Strong work ethic with ability to work independently, prioritize & manage work to meet critical timelines in a fast-paced environment 9. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline, or equivalent experience 10.
