Summary:

The Tibco Developer is responsible for the development and implementation of 
high performance Tibco code and configurations. Responsibilities encompass 
reviewing code, designing, developing, testing, deployment and documenting 
requirements created by fellow peers, and suggesting further changes for 
continuous 
improvement of the team's final deliverable.

 

Requirements:


• Tibco BusinessWorks 6.x
• Create/modify mock-ups, high level design documents that meet development 
standards and business requirements (Ex: Visio diagrams, UML etc.).
• Participate in model and solution construction activities to ensure 
architectural 
and operational requirements are fully met.
• Work with the team, and independently to develop/support Tibco solutions 
as per discussion with business users, fellow technical leads, documented 
requirements 
and design documents.
• Engage fully with team to build relationships with business users, 
database/software 
solution users, peers and management.
• Adept knowledge of Tibco Platform products, including Tibco Enterprise 
Message 
Services (EMS), Tibco Business Events, Tibco Active Matrix Business Works 
6.x/5.x, 
Administrator, Policy Manager and Performance Manager.
• Participate in the design, lifecycle management, and total cost of ownership 
of platforms and applications services.
• Previous analysis of stability trends (could be application/server/reporting 
on regular intervals or when issue/escalation transpires).
• Ability to distinguish between bad design/bad syntax solutions / 
implementation 
methodologies and good ones, while taking into consideration performance 
impacts 
and best practices.
• Ability to code and develop solid syntax when designing/coding for the Tibco 
solutions.
• Product requirements creation and prioritization documents
• Business process mapping documents
