Location : Indiana (F2F after Telephonic) Duration : 12 months
We are looking for a Scrum Master with 3+ years of experience in utilizing Agile Scrum methodology. Agile Scrum certification is preferable. Provide consistent and timely communication. Engage Application Experts for review/validation of Solution Design. Monitor suppliers for adherence to company processes and standards Work with cross functional teams to provide for consistency in approach and process across the groups. Drive Re usability components across the company to reduce implementation time/cost and work towards common processes and systems. Identify and manage risks within area of responsibility, escalating when appropriate. Coordinate efforts between development, support groups and suppliers for project delivery (single ownership). Ensure that the solutions delivered are in compliance with audit requirements. Certified Scrum Master J2EE, .Net, Reporting tools, Oracle databases, Hadoop Familiarity with User Experience techniques, practices, and tools is preferred for this position. Cloud-based application experience would be a plus, as would familiarity with Identity Management and security practices.
